You can even create your own customized areas to clean. Remember- Delete does not mean Erase. Deleted files can be retrieved using simple recovery tools. Privacy Suite employs erasure methods that exceed standards set by the U.S. Department of Defense (US DOD 5220.22). Privacy Suite is used by federal agencies, the US Army and Navy, and the United Nations. It is tested with Encase forensic recovery software, and has received the first ever VIA Padlock certification for a third party application. Privacy Suite also allows you to secure your files with powerful encryption to prevent discovery by unauthorized persons. A powerful new Scheduler runs functions at pre-determined times or system events, (such as shutdown, start-up or even when idle). Business users will appreciate the Permissions module that limits features to Users or Groups.
